Team Bios and Emails
President and Sales Manager of LHV Precast, Inc., Robert has been in the precast industry since 1972 and has been with LHV since 1982. He is a 1978 graduate of SUNY Delhi with an Associate’s Degree in Building Construction.
Vice President of LHV, he is in charge of Production and Dispatch and joined the company in 1979. Jim is a 1979 graduate of Alfred State College with a degree in Construction Technology and has been in the precast industry since 1971.
Mike Venett has been with LHV since 1991 as a laborer in the plant doing various carpenter tasks. He moved on from LHV in 1996 to field carpentry work. In 1998 after an injury on the job Mike returned to LHV as a salesman and has been a valuable asset since with his experience in the plant construction forms. Mike will service all your needs on large commercial and DOT projects.
Carolyn Reid is LHV’s newest Sales Engineer. She graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering in 2011. Carolyn spent the next 4 years learning stormwater design while working as a Civil Engineer. She joined LHV on April 1st of 2015 and is the primary contact for all stormwater related projects including the Crystal Stream Technologies products.
Kathy is LHV Precast’s Controller, also assisting in dispatch and sales. Kathy has been with LHV since October 2010.
Karen is a ‘Jane of all trades’. She assists in production management, dispatch, sales, and billing. She is the first point of contact at LHV Precast, responsible for greeting new customers and directing current clients.
Prior to Karen joining the LHV Precast team she worked at The City of Kingston Marina. She is an avid boater.
Jack has been in the precast industry since 1994 and joined LHV in February 2000. He is the Quality Control Administrator. He is certified: ACI Grade 1, NPCA, and NETTCP. Currently, Jack is Quality Control Technician- 1 at LHV Precast.
Richard is a Production Manager at LHV Precast and has been with the company since 1989. He is ACI and NPCA Certified. “Skip’s” ability to take on the most challenging projects and production schedules cannot be measured.
Transportation and Service Support
George is LHV’s “Jack” of all trades. He is a mechanic, driver and most importantly he coordinates the logistics of large scale projects on site assuring the contractor of timely completion and satisfaction. George joined LHV in 2006.
Kyle is the third and next generation to join the LHV Precast company family. He is a diesel mechanic and crane operator. One of his many assets he brings to LHV is his “youth”. LHV is growing and he will grow with it. Kyle joined LHV in 2009.
Richard “Dick” Willis
Founder Dick Willis established LHV Precast, Inc. in 1979. He retired in 1990. Mr. Willis continues to consult with his sons Bob and Jim on the precast industry.
Co-founder Clarice Willis retired in 1990. Mrs. Willis was the Office Administrator during her tenure at LHV Precast. She is still so proud of the company that today she maintains the landscaping around the main office on an annual basis.
